Who knew running out of gas and being caught in a flash flood in Bandera, Texas would bring her a real life hero, or cowboy in this instance?  Romance writer, Mesa West needed an escape from the writer’s convention she was attending, but Mother Nature thought she needed a push into fates path.  When a mysterious cowboy on horseback can to her rescue, she never expected Joel Young to save her in more than one way.

While checking the fence on the family’s dude ranch, Joel Young spotted a stranded car in rising water.  The beauty behind the car door took his breath away.  Safe and dry at the ranch, Mesa meets the Young’s, a warm family and its nine southern gentlemanly sons, but her savior has captured her attention.  Joel, the middle triple, feels the draw, but fights the business rule of not sleeping with the guests.  Smoldering looks, passionate kisses, and gentle caresses bring them closer to one another no matter how hard they fight it.
They succumb to the pressure of their desires.  Joel shows Mesa his bedroom dominance and is shocked and the positive response he receives.  Will they finally admit their true feelings or will Mesa return home brokenhearted?

I thoroughly enjoyed this cowboy romance with a touch of kink.  The characters felt real and their playful banter was humorous.  The author has a great start to a new series on her hands and can’t wait to read the next.  Sexually charged characters fighting their feeling explode with dynamic sex…in the shower, in front of the fireplace, in the bed…(giggle). Yeah…it is that amazing!
