Sent by her grandfather to establish communications with the rebels, Melina's shocked to find their leader is Trev, the man who left her in the middle of the night years ago.  What's even more shocking is the brazen way he declares her as his, and proves it by bringing her pleasure in front of his men.  But he's not who she thinks she is.  Turns out he's on an undercover assignment, and she's unprepared for the revelation that he's turned pirate.  The next big surprise?  Their third, Davis, is now the captain of the notorious outlaw ship the Nottingham, and they want her to join them as their pilot.  But can she leave behind the only life she's ever known to join them?  And when the rebel groups start targeting the people she works for, can she really sit back and do nothing, even if it means her decision will turn her into a wanted outlaw?

Melina's heart broke when the two men in her life both disappear without a trace.  When she finds them again, she's thrilled, but isn't sure if she can give up her old life to become a pirate.  Sure, they're doing good, taking care of the scum she legally can't, but can she take the risk?  When her heart becomes involved, it becomes an impossible choice.  I loved the interaction between the three, and while the sex scenes scorched, it was the emotional aspect that truly made this story.  There was such a sense of history between the characters, and you could really get a feel for the depth of feeling the three shared.  It was steamy story with plenty of action and lots of heart.  Great read.
