Samantha Marlowe sat in the parking lot of the Bravado Club
trying to must the courage to walk inside and decide if she still needed to
submit, but only to the right Dom. She
was only in town for a business, but when her path crossed with the town mayor,
Case Turner it awoken something deep inside her. If her gut was right, she would find him
inside the Bravado. Despite her
butterfly mask, Samantha could not hide her beautiful red hair and Cases’ focus
was broken.
Case Turner is a Shibari Master and prides himself on his
extreme concentration during his scenes and when a flash of color distracts
him, he recognizes her instantly.
However, his focus at the moment is to the beautifully suspended sub
before him. Samantha would not escape
him. Outside the club, she had a job to
do in this town and it involved the mayor, but soon the lines of business and
pleasure blurred. When a
misunderstanding endangers their future, Case allows Samantha to take the lead
and show him how she can love a man.
I had the pleasure of meeting Cerise at RomantiCon this year
and it truly was a pleasure. When I can learn something new from a book it
truly is memorable experience. Cerise proved that she has taken the time to
learn this very elegant art and proper terminology. The love story of Samantha and Case was
intoxicating as they circled each other, getting a feel for her as a true Dom
should. I devoured this story from the
first page and look forward to more from Cerise.
