Genre: Contemporary Erotica
At a special photo shoot to raise money for a children's foundation, gold medal cyclist, Carly has a chance encounter with the star of her fantasies.
Brick, right-winger for the Orlando Vipers, is intrigued by Carly the moment he sees her at the rink.
She sets in motion a plan to make him want her as much as she does him. However, she never realized how difficult it would be to actually follow it through. In her quest to have Brick fall in love with her, she didn't anticipate his response to her games, but he is there when she needs him the most. Seriously injured while training on her bike, Carly's recovery is physical and emotional and Brick is with her every step of the way as her biggest fan.
Ms. Harlem created a sinfully, irresistible characters in Brick and Carly, and as the story unfolds you can't help but love them more. It shows that underneath the public persona that athletes show, beat the hearts of real people with dreams and desires. Guess I will have to go and check out the other stories in this series.
