Lured by her own
fantasies, thirty-five year old Chloe feels she needs to have a fling with a
younger man before she is over the hill for good. Her best friend, Becca
belongs to a clandestine group called ‘Pandora’s Box’ and sets Chloe up to have
an illicit affair with a stranger.
Tall, dark, and
handsome, Basil, Lord Montbatten is mistaken by Chloe as her arranged
rendezvous in a secret tryst which begins a love affair that seems hopeless.
She’s in America and he’s from the United Kingdom, an impossible situation in
both their eyes.
The two must
overcome many obstacles to be together for life but it’s a tricky situation.
Can they live the ‘happily ever after’ or will they have only memories to warm
their hearts?
The story was well put together and flowed
smoothly, however there are a number of missing words in sentences and spelling
errors that took away from the reading. There are also a lot of repetitive
words.
