When Ella made the arrangement with the wolf pack to nurse her soon-to-be, ex-husband back to health, she thought it was her only way to be free of the cheating Crosby. The pack agreed to Ella's request.....if she could help Crosby regain his memory, they would grant her divorce and freedom. With her extensive history as a psychiatric nurse, she had enough training. Her only problem was not falling in love with him again. The Crosby that awoke in the hospital was not the lying, cheating werewolf of a husband that she wanted to leave, but the sweet and sexy man she fell in love with many years ago.

When a chance meeting with the woman she found her husband kissing, Ella's inquisitive side delves into the woman's past and how Crosby got involved with her. Only to discover he was working on a dangerous, undercover case for the pack. Her curiosity gets her into more trouble than she imagined. Would Crosby regain his memory in time to save Ella and their marriage?

I loved this short story. Ella and her snarky comments, Crosby and his innocent, sweet love for her and the hot romance that rekindles between the two of them. His possessive nature makes a girl feel loved and protected, but not smothered. The storyline kept you reading making you want to discover  more and more about what Crosby was doing for the greater good of the pack despite how it hurt his wife.
