Michelle Peterson is not your typical twenty-eight year old,
Michelle is still a virgin, not because she wants to be but because she is
afraid any man she gets involved with will learn her secret. Until she meets Andrew Calhoun in the corner
market and when he asks her to join him for a drink Michelle decides to live a
little and hope for the best.
Andrew is fascinated with Michelle but when things start to
heat up he soon learns what she has been hiding Michelle is bald. But, to his surprise he still wants her, now
he has to prove it to Michelle.
When Michelle is told that she has been offered a chance to
have transplant surgery she cannot wait to share the news with Andrew. What she discovers is that Andrew is not as
happy about the news as she is. Will
Andrew be able to convince Michelle to give up on her plan for surgery or will
he lose her forever?
What to say about Bedhead?
One word comes to mind “real” we all go through our own personal fears
so it is easy to relate to Michelle and her fear of a man finding out that her
hair is a wig. I found myself feeling bad for Andrew as he always seemed to
stick his foot in his mouth one too many times that I found I would just chuckle
and shake my head saying “stupid man”.
It is nice to finally read a book that the hero and/or heroine are not picture
perfect, that they have faults either internal or external. Shoshanna Evers has
a new fan in her writing.
