Paranormal Fantasy
Released: December 2009

The hellbreeds have their own circus, and this time they've chosen Jill's town to set up in.  As a show of good faith, they offer a hostage to ensure their cooperation.  When that hostage gets attacked and circus performers start showing up dead, Jill has to find out who's doing it and fast, before the hellbreed start destroying her city.

Too bad she also has to deal with regular people getting possessed, angry voodoo practitioners, and more zombies than she knows what to do with.  Oh, and trying to play Perry against the circus, while at the same time keeping him from backstabbing her.  Literally.

It's a crappy job, but somebody's got to do it.

The idea of a hellbreed circus is both brilliant and frightening.  And when you add hordes of zombies to the mix, it truly becomes a tale of horror and suspense.  Once again the book  keeps you at the edge of your seat from start to finish.  It's a great series and despite the sleepless nights I've gotten from lying in bed replaying certain scenes in my head, I love it.

  1. This one is in my TBR shelf. I have all but the final book ready for a Saint Crow Readathon Marathon. - or rather a Jill Kismet marathon. LOL If I tried to read ALL of Saint Crow's work, it would take quite a while. Have you seen the final book yet - Angel Town? (at least I think that's the name...)

Yup, I've already read and reviewed Angel Town. The review's now up at if you haven't seen it yet. I'm really bummed she's decided to end the Jill Kismet series with Angel Town, but it'll be neat to see what she comes up with next.
