They are the guardians of humans and Argolea against the evil of the Underworld. They are Argonauts and Theron is their leader.  He is the descendant of Hercules so he has strength and is dedicated to protecting those he swore to keep safe.  Even if it means binding himself to the princess, that is until he is saved by a human woman.

When Casey comes upon a man being torn apart by animals she does what she can to help him. What she so learns is those were not animals and the man is not human.  She soon realizes her world is about to be turned upside down.

Theron realizes that Casey is half-breed and when he sees the mark she carries he now knows he has no choice but take her back to Argolea to help save the dying princess.  But, the only way to save the princess is to take Casey’s life something he is finding he is not able to do after all she is his One, his soul mate.

As Theron and Casey battle to beasts of the Underworld in their attempt to reach Argolea they also fight a battle of their growing feelings and what will happen once they reach their destination.

MARKED is the first in the Eternal Guardians series and what a way to start.  It is full of action that will keep you up all night to get to the end and then wish you had more.  To see the strongest of the Argonauts brought to his knees by a half-breed woman and to watch Casey come into her own strength.  The story will give you everything you want with the gripping storyline, romance and the secondary characters you can’t resist.
