Contemporary Romance / Western
Released: October 2010

When accountant Riley Mason is sent to Lost Fortune Ranch to help get everything in order she had not planned on finding a man she could easily fall in love with if only she did not have her secrets and a daughter to take care of.

Zane McCord is back where he belongs on his grandfather’s ranch that was left to him and his cousins. With all three of them back home they decide to pick up where their grandfather left off and search for the lost gold that they believe is real and somewhere on the ranch. But, things are about to change when Zane meets the beautiful accountant is he ready for a family and what is she hiding from?

When Riley’s past catches up with her she is determined to protect not only her daughter but the people she has come to love at the ranch but it may be too late and they will all have to stand together and hope that they can stay alive.

I have never been one for contemporary books but have always had a passion for the wild west so imagine my surprise to find a book that took me back to my passion and thoroughly enthralled me. The chemistry between Riley and Zane was inspiring and fun. The storyline kept me intrigued to discover the secrets Riley held and to find out if there was really any hidden gold on the ranch. Trust me when I say I am going out and getting the first two books in this trilogy I need to know the cousin’s stories now.
